Master Parker is a local treasure who teaches kids how to be kind, disciplined, and do some dope moves at Master Khechen's Martial Arts Academy in Cheektowaga. He's also pretty hilarious and rad. Tune in to hear about his journey into taekwondo, how he's navigated some difficulties in life with a healthy mindset, and of course, some weird trivia!
